The client's brief was to create a premium marketing facility for high net worth individuals, encouraging buyer interest in a new development of exclusive palaces overlooking the Burj al Arab.
In the absence of completed show-palaces, Pulse’s challenge was to design, fabricate and install a sales suite, together with state-of-the-art interactive viewing solutions.
An unused gym at the Mina A’Salam Hotel was transformed into a luxurious sales suite, fit for royalty and VVIPs. The suite was based around a 4K interactive configurator, with 3D flythrough and a gallery with interactive touch screens.
